How to request deletion
Email [email protected] and ask to delete your QC Remote remote-account data.
Tell us which Google account you used for remote pairing so we can locate the request. We may need to verify that the account is yours before acting. Do not send passwords, access tokens, device backups, presets, or unrelated personal information.
Controls already available in the apps
You can unpair a device to revoke its relay credential and delete that pairing record. You can unlink a connected AI app to remove its authorization. These controls are useful, but neither action by itself is a request to delete all remote-account data.
Remote pairing is optional. Local device control does not send your local preferences or a diagnostic export to Freevia. See the privacy policy for the data the relay receives and its current retention periods, including the 30-day recent-client activity period.
What this request concerns
A remote-account deletion request concerns data held by the Freevia-operated relay for your paired Google identity, such as device pairings, linked AI-app grants, recent activity and usage counts. Third parties may hold separate records under their own terms; those records are outside the relay's deletion controls.
It does not delete your Google account, anything stored on your Quad Cortex, or data kept locally by QC Remote on your computer or phone. Uninstalling QC Remote does not automatically delete relay data.
